To keep prices as low as possible, we’re predominantly an online-only web design agency. For smaller web design packages, we have a number of practises to ensure that we can obtain a clear understanding of your requirements over the telephone or via email. For larger more complex projects, we may suggest a consultation at our offices.
What do we do with your confidential information?

Once you created an account with our aggency, all information provided to your profile cannot be used by our staff or orginization for any reason other than the intended purpuse. All staff members with sensoji solutions sign a confidentail agreement before they start working with us.
How long will it take for my website to be built?

After you pick your package, it will take 24 to 48 hours from the time of the meeting depending on your package. - Expedited delivery is available for an added charge. * Additional charger based on number of pages.
What is your (CMS) Content Management System?

Your content management system is a platform which we build your website on and is a term used to describe the fact that you can edit the website via an online panel. This means you can update the website in a few clicks, change text or maybe even add a video, without the need to contact us!
Can I add more content/pages?

Yes - All of our websites run on a content management system, which means you have an admin panel which you can log into and update the text and images. If you’d like to add more pages to your website, all packages with the exclusion of the Starter Package allow you to add unlimited pages yourself. You are free to add images, videos, PDFs and other content at will, subject to your storage space.
What is a drag and drop editor?

Your website will be built using a very simple to use tool which allows you to visually move different aspects of your website’s content around the page into a position you’re happy with. You can add new text blocks, image blocks and much more all in a few clicks! This makes it very simple for you to edit existing pages or even add new pages, depending on the package which you choose.
Can I use my own hosting?

Yes - you are welcome to use your own hosting if you wish, we do not tie you to our own hosting. We do however, strongly advise against this. The reason for this, is because all websites running a content management system require regular security updates to avoid viruses and hacking and also website backups. Cheap hosting providers will not provide these security updates for you and you will be required to do these yourself, which runs the risk of damaging your website.
Do I have to pay for all (3) three months? (Marketing)

No - in order to start your campaign, you will need to purchase at least one month for us to begin work.
What is your refund policy?

Refunds are only available within 3 days of a order (Solutions), all retainers are non-refundable.

How long do you market for me?

Our marketing campaigns are (3) Three months in length.
What happens if I decide not to continue?

We let your campaign finish for that quarter and stop adding to your profile, campaigns wont be changed or altred, nor will you have the ability to check your metrics.
