1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Sensoji ("Sensoji," "we," "our," or "us") and the customer ("Customer," "you," or "your") purchasing website development, AI automation, marketing, hosting, support, or related services.

By purchasing any service from Sensoji, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Sensoji provides website development, AI-powered business automation, website hosting, maintenance, marketing services, SEO services, business email setup, and related digital services.

Project scope, pricing, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in your invoice, proposal, subscription plan, or written agreement.

3. Website Ownership

Upon full payment of all fees owed:

• The Customer owns the website content created specifically for their business.

• The Customer retains ownership of their logos, trademarks, text, images, and business materials.

• Licensed third-party software, plugins, themes, APIs, and SaaS tools remain subject to their respective licenses.

• The Customer may transfer hosting providers or work with another developer at any time.

Sensoji does not claim ownership of a customer's business, website content, domain name, or intellectual property.

4. Customer Responsibilities

The Customer agrees to:

• Provide accurate information.

• Supply requested content and materials.

• Maintain legal rights to all content submitted.

• Comply with applicable laws and regulations.

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that content provided does not infringe upon copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

5. Project Timelines

Project completion dates are estimates and may vary based on:

• Customer response times.

• Content delivery delays.

• Third-party provider delays.

• Scope changes requested by the Customer.

Sensoji will make commercially reasonable efforts to complete projects promptly.

6. Pricing & Billing

Pricing is outlined in the applicable invoice, proposal, or subscription plan.

Monthly subscriptions automatically renew each month until canceled.

Annual subscriptions automatically renew each year unless canceled before the renewal date.

Customers authorize recurring billing for active subscription services.

7. Refund Policy

Sensoji offers a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee on eligible website subscription plans.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.

Refunds are not available for:

• Completed custom development work.

• Domain registrations.

• Third-party software purchases.

• Services already delivered or fulfilled.

• Add-on services purchased separately.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 10 business days.

8. Hosting

Hosting may be included as part of certain subscription plans.

Any hosting fees, if applicable, will be clearly disclosed before purchase.

Sensoji will never advertise hosting as "free" while charging undisclosed hosting fees.

9. Support & Maintenance

Customers may submit support requests through approved support channels.

Sensoji strives to respond to most support requests within 48 hours or less, though response times are not guaranteed.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sensoji shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

Sensoji's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer to Sensoji during the previous twelve months.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the subscription terms.

Termination does not transfer ownership of unpaid work.

Upon termination, Customers remain responsible for all outstanding balances incurred before termination.

12. SMS Communications

By providing a mobile phone number, you consent to receive transactional and account-related text messages from Sensoji.

Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply.

Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
